I just got home from the airport! I had to take my mom, she came to visit for a couple days! I love it when people come see me, especially her.
Thursday: we cleaned, ran errands, ate at Houstons and Chick fil a, and watched a movie. (i had class at 6:45 am)
Friday: after class, we went to the Paradise Valley Mall, then to eat lunch in Desert Ridge at Rock Bottom, and then we went and painted pottery (as you wish), if you have never done this you should.. it is so much fun. Its like therapy. Go with someone you can talk to and have a good time with, maybe a serious conversation.. its a great way to catch up.. You can bring food and drinks, you just sit at a table, paint and chat. Its great! So, after that we got ready and went to Fashion Square then met my friends at Yardhouse for dinner. Yardhouse is a must if you have one.. its a great place to eat.. big portions and loud, fun atmosphere!
Saturday (today): we slept in, then got ready and went to eat lunch at Sauce. Its a pizza, salad, sandwich, pasta, and wine place! its soo good, they are everywhere here. you have to try it! Then we went to borders and got every wedding magazine and sat and looked through them. Our last stop was Sur la table. This place with everything you need to cook! the cutest stuff!!
That was my weekend with my mom. it was a lot of fun. i cant wait till more people come out.. everytime I get to try something new and do something different. so come visit me!
Oh and its BEAUTIFUL today!
